Africa Tourism Pass™ (APASS) is a blockchain-enabled tourism infrastructure layer designed to coordinate, verify, and incentivize tourism activity across Africa and the world through tourism operator onboarding, traveler rewards, and token-based access to discounts and benefits.
APASS does not replace existing booking systems or payment systems. It adds a verification and incentive layer that makes tourism activity more coordinated, measurable, and rewarding.

On-chain metrics are sourced directly from the APASS smart contract on BNB Smart Chain. Distributed and reserved supply figures are derived directly from designated APASS wallets. APASS token prices are quoted in Namibia Digital Dollar (NADD), a digital representation of the Namibian Dollar (NAD) on-chain.
Africa Tourism Pass (APASS) is a blockchain-enabled tourism protocol designed to coordinate, verify, and incentivize tourism activity across multiple markets. It connects travelers, tourism operators, and digital financial infrastructure into a unified ecosystem.
APASS operates through a dual-layer model. The participation layer supports the onboarding of hotels, lodges, guesthouses, campsites, accommodation providers, and other tourism operators at no cost. The incentive layer rewards travelers with APASS Points based on verified tourism activity and enables access to APASS tokens at discounted rates.
APASS tokens are utility-based. They are used to unlock discounts and ecosystem benefits at participating tourism operators. They are not used to pay for accommodation or mobility.
Travelers stay at participating tourism operators and receive defined benefits such as discounted stays.
Tourism activity is verified on the blockchain through the APASS protocol so incentives are tied to real participation.
Travelers receive APASS Points, which can be used to buy additional APASS tokens at discounted rates.
APASS extends beyond traditional accommodation to recognize the full tourism journey, including e-hailing and alternative stay infrastructure.
This includes transportation activity through services such as Yango, Bolt, Uber, airport transfers, and related mobility providers, as well as alternative accommodation platforms including short-term rentals, serviced apartments, and distributed lodging environments.
APASS does not replace how travelers pay for these services. Payments continue through existing systems and platforms as usual. APASS functions as a verification and incentive layer that recognizes qualifying tourism activity across mobility and alternative accommodation.
Verified travel activity across these categories can contribute to APASS Points, strengthening a unified system of incentives across where travelers stay, how they move, and how frequently they travel.
Travelers can buy APASS tokens, add them to BEP-20-compatible wallets, and use APASS to unlock benefits at participating tourism operators.
APASS is also designed to recognize broader tourism activity, including transportation and alternative accommodation, helping travelers benefit across more of the travel journey.
Hotels, lodges, guesthouses, campsites, accommodation providers, and other tourism operators can join APASS at no cost and participate without replacing their existing booking or payment systems.
APASS also extends to mobility and alternative accommodation, enabling participation by e-hailing operators, transport providers, short-term rentals, serviced apartments, and related tourism service providers under the same incentive framework.
APASS adds value to existing hospitality operations through a verification and incentive layer.
APASS can be added to any BEP-20-compatible wallet, including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and Binance Web3 Wallet. APASS runs on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), so the wallet must be connected to that network before the token is added.

APASS operates within a new category: TourFI - Tourism Finance Infrastructure.
TourFI connects tourism activity with digital incentives, token access, and interoperable infrastructure, supporting a more coordinated and rewarding travel ecosystem for both travelers and tourism operators.
APASS operates under a treasury-governed token model with a maximum supply of 100,000,000,000 APASS. The current minted supply and treasury balance are derived directly from the blockchain, while issuance remains controlled and tied to verified tourism activity to support disciplined distribution, defined allocation boundaries, and transparent supply visibility.

Africa Tourism Pass (APASS) was launched in March 2026 by Simon Kapenda, creator of the Naira Index (NXY), Namibia 30 Index (NAX30), Namibia Digital Dollar (NADD), Kenya 30 Index (KEN30), Digital Zimbabwe Gold (dZWG), Angola Digital Kwanza (AOAk), and SACE Index (SACE). APASS is a flagship product of TourFi, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Abba Industries Inc.. The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with a permanent office in Oshakati, Namibia.
APASS defines a structured and treasury-governed approach to centralized exchange (CEX) integration, ensuring that market activity remains aligned with real-world tourism participation across accommodation, mobility, and alternative lodging. Liquidity deployment, circulating supply expansion, and exchange listings are executed in a controlled and phased manner to support stable price discovery and long-term ecosystem sustainability. For full details, see the APASS CEX Strategy documentation.

Important notice
APASS is designed as an infrastructure and incentive layer. It does not replace existing booking systems, payment systems, national currencies, or hospitality operations. APASS tokens are utility-based and function as access and incentive instruments within the APASS ecosystem.
Travelers can buy APASS offline and add it to their wallets. Tourism operators can join APASS at no cost.
